The data above is from Jan 7th 2024 to March 10th 2024.
The A2 and A2.1 bots are the most important to look at. These are the pre-match current odds bets, the core trend selection method. This data was collected in Simulation Mode on BFBM, so the pre-match current odds P/L are the most accurate. The other bots are purely for comparative analysis.
The original settings bot shows +111 points after 967 bets. 11.4% ROI from a 35% win rate.
The 2k+ traded volume settings bot shows +56 points after 470 bets over the same 3 month period. 11.9% ROI from a 35% win rate. That is pretty much half the volume of bets.

The 2k+ rule showed drawdowns of -15 points and -10 points on 2 occasions.
The original version showed bigger drawdowns of -20 points. An interesting point here is that the drawdown dates do not correspond to each other. For example, when the +2k rule version was reaching the bottom of its -10 point run, the original version had already rebounded to its previous level. So it is not a case of the 2k version making drawdowns smaller, but the 2 versions having quite different patterns and drawdowns.
The original version shows the big -70 point loss in Dec/Jan, but the +2k version was not running then so I don’t know how it would have affected things.
From this data it appears that the 2k version does reduce volatility slightly, for example -15 points instead of -20 points, but i halves the volume of bets in that time which halves the profit. Since we are still risking our 300 point bank on both, I would rather go for the original version.
